Legal Name Appearing VS DBA Marketing Name

We have both our legal business name AND our DBA/doing business as / marketing name registered at PayPal. When reviewing our business information in our PayPal account, I clearly see our DBA/marketing name as it should be (so far so good). Unfortunately, our customers have begin to see our legal business name, which is substantially different from our DBA marketing name. This is causing confusion with our customers. They expect to continue seeing our DBA name (website name). There have been NO CHANGES to our account information at PayPal and all PayPal customer service reps are absolutely clueless. They only suggest that we review our business information settings (which appear correctly). This has only started within the last week - our business account at PayPal is several years old. Any ideas as to why this is occurring?
