l received a notice requesting that I submit a bank statement through the “Upload supporting documents page". Only I don't have the upload supporting documents page on my portal. Can someone please advise me if there is a solution that I'm missing. I wrote several inquires going back 48 hours and Loan builder has not responded. HELP!
