Paypal asks me for Tax reporting information. I am not U.S. citizen nor I am located in the U.S. Which I confirmed on the Tax reporting selection screen, confirmed and submitted, however, I got again to fill the reporting status and I fill it again and it just keeps me in the loop and asking me to fill it again and again.
