We are a nonprofit 501c3 that has been in operation since 1982. I am trying to get verified as a nonprofit by PayPal in order to secure lower processing rates, but there is a hang up with our physical address. We use a classroom on a school campus for our office and cannot receive mail at this address, so our financial, insurance, and legal statements all go to our PO Box, which is not acceptable by PayPal. We also do not have utilities in our name since we are on a school campus. I have uploaded an executed lease agreement and a 990 statement with our physical address, but those are not accepted. Anyone have any idea on how we can verify our physical address with PayPal?
