Paypal here changes will not save

I created a new PayPal business account. When I log in to the app I get a screen that shows setup done every time. Any items I add to the app do not remain after I log out and log back in.

You can try uninstalling the app, then do a cold reboot or force restart of your device (that's the term for iPhones), then reinstalling the app.  No guarantees that will fix the issue but, sometimes doing this clears up the gremlins in your device.
