I can't manually enter a card number for my card on file transactions this month. Customer service is closed. Did something change? I've been entering the on file cards on the 1st of the month for years. This time it's taking me to an email screen??
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
