PayPal Virtual Goods | Claming Money

Hello!

I am having some issues with users making payments on my store.

Users will pay for the goods, and the money will be sent to me, but being held. When I claim the money, I need to confirm.

I believe PayPal thinks I am selling physical goods, which I am not.

Is there any way to stop this from happening?
