Need help on recurring payments

Hi All,
We have few subscription plans on our website let say (silver, gold, platinum ) that may change time to time. We had integrated recurring payment with PayPal and its working fine also no problem in that.
Now thing comes that is upgrade or downgrade (switching of plans ) how we can achieve that and maintain the amount. suppose user subscribe for silver plan ($100 / month ) on 1st Nov 2020 and on 15th Nov 2020 he decided to switch to gold plan ($200 / month ). Thus he had used service of sliver plan for 15 days for that he should be charged $50 and $50 will be remaining amount so he should pay $200-$50 = $150 for first time and from next time it will be $200/month and billing cycle will change from 15th Nov 2020 to 15 Dec 2020 and 15th Jan 2021 end so on..
NOTE : We do not have these plans on PayPal, only subscription with recurring payments.
Please let me know how we can achieve it ?
