Can we transfer our PP merchant account to another country.? In the case from Hong Kong to Singapore as we are considering relocation our business.
If we would have to open a new PP in Singapore would we gain any kudos from our long and trustworthy association with Paypal Hong Kong or are we starting again and would be considered as being an entirely new PP account?
