I did not receive an item and Paypal traced it was delivered a month ago. I'm trying to get help from customer service in tracking the item, getting another sent or if refund is my only recourse. I can't get customer service help.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
