Invoice number on trial period of a subscription based payment
I have created a subscription-based payment with a 1 month trial period. When I tested it, I did not get an invoice number...
1. Does the invoice number only generate once payment is made after the trial period?
2. If so, how can I change that? I am building a mobile app that is subscription-based and one way to verify that they have paid or joined the subscription is for them to get an ID number or Invoice number that they can put in the mobile app that would then allow them to use it from the trial period and into the paid monthly period... how can they do that if there is no invoice number during the trial period? Is there a way to get this done?
