I have a donate button that gives the option for the donor to cover the transaction fee. I've had more than one person tell me they checked the box but the fee was not added on to the transaction. Why would that be? Is there a way to fix it?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
