working capital as for whatever reason put a freeze on my ability to get a PayPal working capital loan. After two successful loans and being paid off early, covid 19 hit and I got denied for the first time under code 0656. After putting my government stimulus check in to my PayPal account as well as my unemployment check I then began receiving error code 0710. After talking with customer support and care they told me that it was due to the system seeing those two payments as my only two forms of income for that month and denied me further. I was advised to wait until July as that portion of my documentation would have come off. At that point I continued getting denied for any working capital loans but the error code has moved back to 0656 now. I'm now going on 5 months without utilizing this service successfully. I definitely don't think PayPal really cares either.
