We are working to upgrade from Paypal Adaptive Payments to the new Paypal Commerce Platform for Marketplaces and integrating a subscriptions element, however since being told by Paypal we need to upgrade due to the bank authorisation regulation updates, we cannot yet proceed to get the project started. Paypal say they need to perform some integration work to facilitate going live, then an onboarding process and we are currently waiting for this to happen. We have a company who will integrate Paypal Marketplace platform to our Woocommerce site and we are ready to get started. I am worried that we will see increased number of bank declines across our business if we can't get the project moving quickly. Can anyone shed any light on this?
