Hi,
I have a potential buyer who wants to use an item on trial. Is there a service or method I can use to have their credit card or account on file in some way so that I can bill them if my item does not get returned? Thanks

There's PayPal's Virtual Terminal but have to upgrade to business account and get set up with the system.

Or you can just do a straight sale (make a PayPal invoice, send a money request from account dashboard, PayPal button or email url) and if the buyer don't like after x amount of trial days, they can return it with tracking number for a refund facilitated through the PayPal resolution center.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
