Dear Sir / Madam,

Regarding about the matter above, I have already purchased that item since, Wednesday, 15 April 2020 and I paid $19.98 USD for it, but until present I have not received anything yet. From Lingc.Youp, so far no reply or no response or no refund at all.
However, PayPal Service said that case closed. Even I have paid money, nothing I can have, how can PayPal close the case? In reality, I do not understand what kind of solution is. There should be either receiving item or my money back. Where got pay money for nothing!
Can you kindly look into it and solve for me? Thanks you.
