I just signed up for PayPal and today I received the card reader I ordered. I also received a 2nd card reader that I did NOT order but my PayPal account seems to have been charged for this. Is this typical? Does a card reader come when signing up regardless of being ordered or not? I'll be calling customer service tomorrow. I'm just wondering if anyone knows anything before I call.
