My case is open after around two months from his purchased date. This item is out from my country in few days. After i receive message from buyer.
He told me item never comes. He opens s case. I send everything for proof in tracking number. I cannot find a proof of delivered item. Because local post office must send request investigation to destination country. I wait for result in long times and it passed paypal period. This buyer gets refund.
Now i have answer from destination postt office which send through my local post office.
The evidence shows this buyer get item in one week after send it. It has buyer name and signs.
I lost my item and money. I know i cannot get anything back due to passed paypal escalate period.
