Sold a car on Ebay and got a $500 deposit through Paypal. Buyer asks if he can use Paypal Friends and Family to pay the balance either when he picks it up or I deliver it 1,000 miles away. Since it's a face to face transaction, I assume he isn't worried that he won't get the car. But my worry is what if it's paid out of a hacked or stolen account?
