10/1/2020 I bought Google Nest cameras & fire alarm from a NEST website & opened a PP account. The immediate receipt email stated the purchase was from BESTONLINES. Thanks to notes by PP account holders, I immediately sent the seller an email to cancel the order. I got an automated reply "already shipped." I replied USPS is closed not possible. I immediately locked my CC & closed my PP account as a secirity action. I requested help from PP but they refused because I closed the account eventhough I gave them the transaction number etc. I filed a dispute with my CC company. USPS sent an email a shipping label was created on 10 10 2020 but as of 10 30 2020 it still has not shipped. A small package came from China with a WORTHLESS plastic cover for a cell phone of unknown brand. My CC contacted the seller which claims I did not RETURN the purchase thus no refund. FACT: 4 NEST CAMERAS & SMOKE ALARM NEVER WERE SHIPPED. I am still working with the CC company. BESTONLINES took down the website soon after I filed a complaint with PP. THESE CRIMINALS MUST BE STOPPED.
