I have a buyer who is wanting something shipped to a mail forwarding service here in the US. He lives in S. Korea, and it will not let him add the address to his profile so he can select it as the ship to address in the transaction.
Is there a way for me to make that address the destination, without it being a verified address or even an address in the buyers account?
I am worried that this may be a scam, and the buyer will dispute delivery saying it never got to him physically in Korea.
If I send usps priority with tracking, and it shows delivered successfully to the US address, will paypal side with me in a dispute?

You can't add an international address to a Paypal 'country specific' account.
You only have seller protection if you send to the buyers Paypal registered address.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
