I have a person that would like to buy a ATV from me, He would like to use paypal for full price sight unseen. That kinda throws up a flag for me but you never know about people these days. The price is 14k , the question is , if he pays and picks up the utv can he retract money in any kind of way? I JUST DONT WANT TO BE CAUGHT UP IN A SCAM, i have reached to paypal the last 3 days but will not answer , Are they closed for the hollidays ? Thank you for your help. Emil
