Ive just had a message/notification claiming non arrival of post to India-60 days plus after posting! unfortunately I seem to have lost postage receipt so I decided to not argue and just refund the money. however I am having difficulty in finding the transaction in activity necessary for making a refund because it is over 60 days. Anybody help?
previous post refers to an ebay transaction I should have said maybe. going to have another look in archives but cld do with getting it sorted quick before any it gets to claim stage. Its probally me missing something. any assistance will be much appreciated.
