I, the seller using Discogs site, live in France and my buyer was in Los Angeles. I posted him 4 LPs and he claimed the 'empty box.' Paypal ignored the fact that he signed for receipt, and my photo of the stamp on the package showing a weight corresponding to the contents. Before they closed the claim I got the message from Paypal:-
"Your buyer filed a complaint claiming that they received a package that didn't contain the item they purchased. As a result, the buyer is unable to return the merchandise to you as they never received it." Verbatim. Laughable except that it cost me $300.
