Is the payment showing in your Paypal account? Is it showing as pending? Sometimes they hold the payment until the person at the other end has received the item or if they have put in a dispute to say they have not received the item the seller then has to provide proof of shipping which if you have not shipped it with tracking you might end up having to refund. When someone pays with PayPal always send the item with tracking
