The buyer wants to return my figure that he bought from me on ebay. I don't mind returns, but as long as the item is in the same condition. The buyer is blaming me for everything, and I know ebay usually is on the side of the seller. But I have pictures before sending it. He broke the ankle on it, and he said it happened during shipping or I sent it that way, which is not true. And he ruined the clothes of the figure. I accepted the return on eBay, but how would I handle this case? Wait until I get the figure back, and then dispute it. Or do I act now? I'm afraid if I lose I will lose my figure and my money, which I've seen happen before.
