The buyer is abusing paypal. In my case - he got his money back.
And he sent me another and worse record, including a different cover.

What can I do now ?   Everyone is satisfied.

Paypal returned the money - to buyer.  He send me back another and worse things.  He have profit about it.  And I paid for everything.

I feel great wrong.  And feel I was " robbed"  with assistance Paypal buyer protection.

Who help me with this ?

Paypal is the middleman and never sees the item you say you sent or the item the buyer says that they return.

So someone is always going to miss out and I think you just have to put it down to one of the risks of online selling.

I do not agree. For paypal - and a refund to the buyer, only the statement of the buyer is enough. the seller has a shorter rope end. The Records was in top condition - collector's item cover . and I also have photos - which I have documented. and now I can prove that I sent me back another thing. So as a seller, I have removed the option to pay via PayPal and I will no longer use this service on any of my merchant accounts. And now I also know a way to get some extra money as a buyer. I will also spread it among people. it's all better than accepting a sense of guilt and robbery.

Whether you use paypal or not matters very little to me to be honest.

However personally as a seller if i had given up on the first sale that went wrong i would have given up years ago.

And as a buyer I don't buy from sellers that don't offer paypal as i like their buyer protection, but you have to go with what you want to do and whats best for you.
