Selling on paypal

Trying to sell something through PayPal...I did not know I needed to verify my information in order to be able to do that....verifying my account took over 30 days and the payment was sent back to the person who sent it.

They have already received their goods because I did not think it would take that long to verify my information....They have the stuff and their money was refunded. is there any way to get those funds back from them? They are not responding to my messages.

You should never send anything until they have paid.

They had not have paid as you had not verified so it would show as pending and not completed on their paypal account.

You would have nothing in your paypal balance.

Sadly you can't force someone to pay you again.
