Hi, I am going to sell a physical item for $1300 ( as goods and services ) and I was wondering if I am covered with paypal seller protection policy or not? My account is in Kuwait And Not in USA, so will this make any difference ? Or paypal will cover the transaction from both sides ( seller and buyer protection ) wherever the paypal account is originaly located, since payment done through paypal. And if the transaction will not be covered with seller protection because my account is not USA account, how can I change it ? Thanks in advance
