Hi i recently sold something and item was delivered now buyer has come back saying there's a defect in the item (there definitely wasn't when i sent it as item was brand new).
buyer says they are gonna lodge a dispute with paypal to get a refund. any idea what will happen with paypal? i highly suspect buyer is fraudulent and do this all the time.
will i have to refund the buyer even though i am really certain item was in perfect condition.
