Without Prejudice Buyer claimed phone damaged and sent photographs to Ebay of another phone and tried to scam me for £275.00 by saying the phone needed a new screen. I have a criminal action against him and PayPal are facilitating criminal activity by returning money to him. I will close my account on principle and sue PayPal simultaneously.
