Hi , I was emailed by a guy ( I guess ) who is trying to sell me a motorcycle for a tenth of its value. It's actually a museum bike that he took the picture from and is claiming is his. He has sent me a PayPal address to send 1080.00 to. Does PayPal go after these crooks ? Thanks
