Yes i have a dispute opened against me for an item that was sold on ebay july 7th...customer received it July 13th ...and asked for a refund on AUGUST 20th...38 days after receiving it. Ebay has already closed the case due to the item not being sent back in the allotted time frame so i dont see why i stillhave a neg balance. This case should not be even continued on because how can someone buy something and not be able to tell if they want it until 38 days later? That is a long period of time to have something that could easily be changed.....worn...or watever else they wanted to do with it. If thats the case i can request a refund for something i purchased 2 months ago because i decided i didnt want it anymore...does that make any sense? As a business on ebay and its policy i think it would be horribly unjustified to give someone a refund almost a month and a half later.
