An eBay buyer who purchased an item over 4 months ago is now demanding a refund through Paypal because the buyer believes that the item was not legit and there were some damages to it (both of them were false claims). The buyer is a clearly scammer. How would Paypal allow the buyer to request a refund after so many months? The buyer obviously has been using it and damaged the item. What can I do when I respond to the case through Paypal?
