Hey everyone! I recently posted an item on eBay and the potential “buyer” asked me to send a payment agreement to an email address he provided. I am new to PayPal so I am not sure wether they offer this. I have not made any transactions with the buyer and will not until I am sure this is legit. This is the message he sent me “I want you to email PayPal that we have an agreement that once I made the payment you will purchase the gift cards and ship the item you can email them through this email <removed>
