Hello PayPal community,
I have someone who is interested in a laptop im selling on offerup. They offered a bit more money than I was asking for as long as I was willing to ship it to a supposed cousin in a different state. He is willing to send the money first but I find it suspicious since it is a new account on offer up and its a little weird he's offering more than I asked. Is it possible for him to send me the money and later report it as a fraud then results in the money taken out of my account ?
