Hi all,
I sold an item a CPU on ebay in Sept. 2018 for $220 and shipped it with fedex tracking to the buyer's address on the paypal payment. Last month the buyer initiated an chargeback with his CC company claiming it was an unauthorized charge. His CC company just decided in his favor and now I'm out $220 + $20 fee and buyer still has my CPU. I never had this happen to me or heard of this type of scam until now. I expected paypal to protect me based on all the evidence I provided but Nope.. What can I do about this??

I'm not sure how this helps me? Paypal already sided with the buyer as did his credit card company despite all the evidence.
