I have recently sold a digital item to the client. He has received his digital good but proceeded to open a dispute where he didn't receive the item. This is false as there is lots of proof that he did. I gave him a few days to respond to my proof but he never submitted a response. So I then escalated the issue to Paypal. I then proceeded to the next step of the escalation, "We need a response.". I have pressed the "Respond" button numerous times and submitted all the proof numerous times. After I press submit it just brings me back to the page and tells me to respond by 19th Feb. I submit the proof again and it doesn't submit. It still asks me to respond by 19th Feb. Please help, as I will not be able to get my money back if it doesn't submit my response.
