I currently am going to be selling an item to someone online, they offered to pay first through paypal only. I understand they can open a dispute after to claim a refund, but how does this process fully work? I will be video recording the whole thing to show I actually went through with the process fully. But will paypal talk to me in the dispute or is it mainly just one sided?
