I trie to sell a game account to someone. I told that person to pay first. He said he did pay and the money were taken fron his paypal account. He also sent me a picture where it says he sent me the money. I haven't got the money tho. My balance is 0. Is this kind of "inspect element" scam or? Or there is any delay for the payment? That person didn.t receive any email about the payment, or this is what he said.
