Item not as described

A buyer opened an item not as described Case tonight, after I only posted the item to them today, so they have not even received the item yet, they claimed I hadn't stated in my listing it was a childs item when I clearly did in my listing title, what do I do as it isnt noted as delivered even

Provide as much info as possible and wait for paypals decision.

If they find in his favour he will have to return it to you first before you have to refund.
