Context: Recieved a message from a buyer who is interested in purchasing my shoes, he has payed £300 on PayPal goods and services (money held). Problem: he has asked me to ship them to his "mothers" address (different address on paypal transaction) as well as listing the incorrect shoe brand and size on the paypal transaction. What should I do to ensure my safety? Should I refund him completely?
