Is this a real email address?

I sold something on eBay and the buyer said they have paid. I got an email from "<removed>" saying that funds have been sent and may take a couple of hours to come through. Is this a real email address?

All I can say is wait until the payment SHOWS in your Paypal account before you send anything.
