I was supposed to sell a camera. And the buyer said that they pay via PayPal. I got an email from this mail onlineapp@ fastservice.com. That all I need to do is to send the item and send pictures of the recipe from mail service and the money will appear in my PayPal account. I have told the “buyer” that I’m waiting to get the mail approved. But they won’t give up. I just need someone else to say I’m right when I think this is a fraud.

It sounds like a scammer. I wouldn't do it. Most emails like that link back to Indian scamming rings.
