So, long story short a hacker go into my old paypal and changed the password along with the phone number connected to it.
It was the paypal i used as a kid that my parents set up so they put in a fake name that i remember. What i am scared about
is whats connected to the paypal. I don't know if my old savings account or my moms old cards are connected, or if my SSN is on that account. I'd love to talk to support about this but their customer service is a autonomous response bot. I know it's my account and all the activity going on it because it's still connected to my old email. So i see everything that's happening, along with the purchases and the addresses the items are going to. It's irritating, and i feel like there is nothing i can do.
Any recommendations?

Try calling as PayPal Guest:
Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option. Do not be logged on to any account when accessing the guest option as PayPal won’t discuss an account through another account.
Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
Or contact via social media and reference the email address to this hacked account:
Facebook (US): https://www.facebook.com/paypal
Twitter (US): @AskPayPal
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

I've tried to do so, but it seems to still send me to the autonomous bot. I tried to steer it into getting me to a rep, but it wouldn't. Is it not early enough to speak to anyone?
