Hi, i have one big problem. I got donations on my stream, over 800e in one stream. Guy clearly wanted to donate, and on my question is it his money, he said yes. When he wanted for me to play one song, when he donated, i played, and even got copyright for it. Also i extended stream for 6 hours because of donations. He said he wants to support my work because this is my only income and i need to feed my family. BUT, he wanted to get refunded after stream, and he clearly said to me that he will lie to his Bank and PayPal that someone else got his account. I provided screenshots to the PayPal assistant and i am waiting for answer, and also i forwarded every 26 cases that he opened, to the Resolution center. He have three stories, one, where he said he will lie that someone else got on his account, i screenshot that, also his profile, and i know it was him who donated because he promoted his same nickname on Instagram and he first DM me from same account while i was streaming and he was donating. So, it was him, and it was his money. Second story it was his request on PayPal that he wants just 800e not 900e, so third story is not also true, because his third story was that he didnt received an item as it was internet service, which he did reveived, he got on 2th place as Top donators, he got my greetings every time (26 times), i promoted his instagram account and tell people to follow him as he wanted, and also i played song which gives me copyright claim on my stream. So, my question is is there any chance that i lose this case, because he clearly wants all of this for free, and other people for all of that need to pay donations, but he is smart and wants his money back after all this, and his "support because he dont need that money" and my only income is this. I opened all cases, forwarded to Resolution Center and i am waiting for PayPal Assistant, where i provided all screenshots, link to my stream and all information that they need to see that this person just wants to abuse rights on PayPal and mess with people like me, just to get service for free. Also i need to know, is it there any other better way to prevent in the future refunding requests that is false? Thanks
