If a customer uses PayPal to purchase an item on ETSY, do they have to go through ETSY to open a claim or can they skip ETSY and go directly to PayPal? This customer is having a complete "buyers remorse" and it's all in black and white. However, when I asked her to return my items (my documented policies state that she is responsible for return shipping since there is nothing misrepresented or wrong with the items) she just says she's opening up a claim with PayPal??? The last thing I need is to have my PayPal account brought into this nightmare of a client. DOES ANYONE KNOW THE ANSWER TO THIS?
Thank You - DJ
