Sold my a pair of blue to a certain buyer through a platform called Grailed. In the listing description and pics, it showed that they were blue but the buyer “thought he bought the navy pair”. He opened a claim stating that the item was not as described and shipped it back to me all at once. PayPal hasn’t even resolved the case yet. He’s complaining he wants his money back and has updated his PayPal notes stating that he hasn’t gotten his money yet. My guess is if PayPal sides with the buyer for whatever reason I refund him. If PayPal sides with me, ship it back to him. Help?
