I have a buyer who has requested to return an item he bought on eBay and has opened a dispute. I am concerned it is potentially a scam since as soon as the item shipped he unregistered his eBay account. He has asked that I authorize the return on PayPal. How do I do that or would I be better off to send him a shipping label?
