paypal account limited

My account got limited after I receive money from transaction which one I sell a digital goods using telegram.

how to resolve this?

If its a temporary limitation then paypal normally direct you to the resolution centre to resolve any issues.

If its a permanent limitation then that can rarely be appealed but if you want to try then contact customer services.
